Christmas, information and transformation

The information was chosen, some time ago, as panacea for the main problems that enslave the world, from old or new diseases, the scourge the AIDS and the abusive use of drugs. The facts even so seem to deny the recipe: if one day to speak about sex it was taboo, the taboo today is not to speak about sex, but to speak of moral sexual: who dare to do it will be discriminated, excluded and execrated. In television in the school, in the music, books and pamphlets, everybody talks about safe sex, of the type: it infect like this, it doesn't infect like that. About drugs, the television, the chats and the schools, everybody speaks: they give the names, as they are used, which the effects and the dangers.

If in the past we had times of darkness, of scarce information, today occurs the inverse: the hiper-information; and, however, the statistics take us into account of the youths' growth infected by HIV,(girls 13-20 years old), in spite of they inhabit in the urban centers with access to all kind of available information.

A few days ago it was published that the grandson of one of the largest authorities of the country in subject of drugs, author besides of several books on the subject, he murdered the grandmother and the maid of the house for being under the effect of those substances. The news informs oneself completly about that referred boy, academic of wright, was who typed the originals for his grandfather.

Will it be that the uninformation will still continue to be scapegoat of those problems? Would not it just be a curtain of smoke for not speaking about hypocrisy of a society that doesn't want to admit the need of God in the hearts?

Would not it be the taboo today to pronounce Jesus Christ's name?

The Church proclaims:  information is very important, but realy essential it is transformation!

Be our Christmas message the appeal of the apostle Paul: “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”
